By the end of this 2 day course, each participant will be able to make a customer driven presentation that will maintain high gross profit and customer satisfaction levels. The attendee will also be able to develop and implement a plan to ensure continuous long term success in the exciting world of automobile sales. COURSE PRE-REQUISITE: Sales Manager must complete the Professional Sales Management Program before Salesperson will be accepted into the Mastering Sales Program.
